Hello, I’m Jazmin and I’m here to help.

As a queer, neurodivergent, woman of colour, I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, affirming therapeutic space where individuals, no matter their background, feel seen and supported. I offer face-to-face and online counselling, as well as other mental health support, such as ‘Ask a Therapist a Question’, and ‘Therapy Bites/Bite-sized Therapy’ (for more on this, check out the ‘services’ tab above).

I am an integrative counsellor, which means leaning on different counselling approaches, as I believe this gives me the most well-rounded approach to supporting clients. Person-Centred Therapy is the underlying philosophy of my counselling work. I also lean on CBT techniques, somatic techniques and solution focused techniques help keep my work focused and structured when needed. I have an empathetic, curious and explorative approach, and being genuine as a therapist is extremely important to me. For more information about what these counselling approaches mean, click here, or feel free to send me a message – I would be happy to offer you a free 20-minute consultation to answer any questions about my practice.
